Today I have some wonderful words of beauty and wit and wisdom.
Regrettably, none of them are mine.
Due to oodles of homework and running for my life, I lack sufficient time to bestow my great wisdom upon you. Because I do have great wisdom. As I’m sure you already know. Someday I will share it with you.
Today I will share with you the lovely words of other geniuses.
And so, without further ado, here are some quotes which you may want to paint on the wall of your room or carve into the wall of your cell.
“Of all the things I’ve lost, I miss my mind the most.”
-Mark Twain

“One was a book thief. The other stole the sky.”
–The Book Thief, Markus Zusak

T.S. Eliot
“I’d rather chase the sun than wait for it.”
–I am the Messenger, Markus Zusak

“Someday you will be old enough to start reading fairy tales again.”
-C.S. Lewis
Take these words and do what you will with them. Mow them into your lawn or ask that they be written on your tombstone.
What would you do with theses quotes? Cry over their beauty and write them on your hands in Sharpie (because even the thought of a real tattoo is liable to make me faint from pain)? Bury them 16 feet underground so you never have to look at them again? Do you have any favorite quotes? Please share!

I am all for sharpie-ing quotes on my hands. But I’ve come here to tell you that YOU HAVE BEEN TAGGED! I did a book tag and tagged YOU to answer the questions! https://theactdiary.wordpress.com/2017/11/13/the-writers-book-tag/

AHH I love all of these!! Haha, you do not want me to share all my favorite quotes. There are way too many. Thank goodness for Pinterest.

Indeed! Pinterest is a wonderful place for collecting quotes. I know some people use Pinterest for actual practical things, but I just have a bunch of movie and book boards…

Yes! If Pinterest didn’t exist, I would have notebooks full of quotes and a very tired hand. Haha, those are the best types of boards!

Same! Sometimes I write quotes down in notebooks, but then I forget which notebook I wrote them in and I don’t find them again until I’m flipping through a random notebook three years later.

HAHA yes!! Notebooks are the best, but for me, they’re not the greatest place to store quotes.
